For a transparent and unambiguous collaboration, we present the definitions and clauses that govern our catering and banquet organization services.
By "Oriental fusion" we mean the combination of traditional Balkan recipes with techniques and spices specific to Persian, Lebanese, and Indian cuisines. It is not about a complete reinterpretation, but about adding authentic accents – saffron, sumac, cumin, thick yogurt – that respect the flavor profile of the base dish.
For corporate events, our standard capacity is up to 250 people per buffet station. For larger groups (300–500 people), it is recommended to set up two or three identical stations, each served by a dedicated team. Additional costs for staff and equipment are determined during the planning phase.
Any modification to the standard menu (replacing a dish, adapting for allergies or special diets) must be communicated at least 10 working days before the event. After this deadline, an urgency fee of 15% of the value of the modified portion will be charged. All adaptations are documented in writing and confirmed by both parties.
Our service includes the transport, assembly, and disassembly of serving equipment (tables, buffets, heated display cases). It does not include the rental of the venue, additional furniture (chairs, guest tables), or floral decorations. These can be provided by our partners, upon request, at an additional cost.
By "culinary aesthetics" we refer to the arrangement of platters, the choice of dishes, and visual textures (colors, heights, layers) to create a harmonious and appetizing presentation. It does not include ambient lighting, music, or the client's branding elements – these remain the responsibility of the event organizer.
The firm order is considered confirmed after signing the contract and paying a 40% advance of the total value. The remaining 60% is paid 5 working days before the event. In case of cancellation less than 14 days in advance, the advance is non-refundable. Cancellations due to force majeure are handled individually.
