Scope of Services
HameedFeast provides premium catering services and thematic corporate event organization, including oriental fusion menus, serving logistics for large groups, and gastronomic consulting. All dishes are prepared with authentic ingredients and comply with current food safety standards.Client Rights and Obligations
The client is obliged to provide accurate information regarding the number of guests, dietary restrictions, and culinary preferences at least 7 days before the event. Any subsequent changes may only be accepted within logistical possibilities and may incur additional costs.HameedFeast Rights and Obligations
HameedFeast undertakes to deliver the dishes according to the agreed menu, in the established quantities, and at the assumed quality standards. In the event of force majeure circumstances (fire, floods, pandemics), the company may adjust services without penalties, notifying the client within 24 hours.Limitation of Liability
HameedFeast's liability for direct damages is limited to the total contract value. The company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions caused by delays beyond its control. Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the event.Cancellation and Modification Conditions
The client may cancel the contract at least 14 days before the event, receiving a full refund of amounts paid. In case of cancellation less than 7 days in advance, a 30% fee of the total value will be retained. HameedFeast may modify the terms with 30 days prior notice.Modification of Terms and Contact
